A full Project Management refurbishment Contract to a Cat A standard which also led into tenant fit out Contracts.

The refurbishment Contract of what was originally a major high street Bank office included replacement of raised floors, ceilings and partitions and the existing Mechanical & Electrical installations. The fit out included the installation of the new glass atrium , lift and toilet refurbishment and the shared reception.

The Contract was completed in a period of 4 months.
